ACT Now STEM Webinar #4: Connecting STEM to Everyday Life & Career Exploration

ACT Now is hosting a webinar to reinforce the importance of linking STEM values and skills to everyday life and experiences. Afterschool is the ideal environment for career exploration, and in today’s world, employers of all sectors – such as technology companies, local auto-body shops, banks, and more – are looking for youth that have STEM competencies. We will also discuss how to foster equity in STEM programming during OST instruction and advocate for equity in the STEM field for young people.
